Using STAINperfect immunostaining kit A, GABA and L-Glutamate were stained in mouse culture of primary cortical neurons. This staining highlights a differential organization of these two key neuromediators. Co-stainings were obtained following the protocol optimized for cell culture and using IS1006 rabbit polyclonal antibody against GABA and IS018 mouse monoclonal antibody targeting L-Glutamate. Fluorescent conjugated secondary antibodies were then used and images captured by confocal imaging.
