Measurement of IDO inhibition by 1-Methyl-L-Tryptophan in cancer cell line. IDO+ CT26 colorectal cancer cell line was exposed to increasing concentrations of 1-Methyl-L-Tryptophan. Kynurenine levels were measured in 20µL cell culture supernatant using ImmuSmol’s ELISA kit BA-E-2200.
