Using STAINperfect immunostaining kit A, the anti-Serotonin rabbit polyclonal antibody (Ref: IS1007) highlights Serotonin presence in soma and neurons projections within primary rat mesencephalic cell culture. The staining was performed according to the optimized protocol for cell culture and was revealed using Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated secondary antibody. MAP2 was simultaneously stained and revealed using Alexa Fluor® 555-conjugated secondary antibody.
